Melina married a few years after her escape and had a child. It had been eighteen years since her mother had disappeared from the intrest of the council until one day when she and Jacklyn had been out. They ran into a man that seemed, to Jacklyn, friendly enough to her mother. But her mother was on edge around the guy and Jacklyn couldn't ignore the tingling feeling in her temples. The guy gave her a sharp look then that she didn't like and her mother ushered her off. That night her mother had her packed and stuffed money in her hands and suitcase. She told her she had to leave, that someone horrible was after her. Jacklyn didn't understand at all but she took her stuff and the car her father was fixing up along with her laptop and its case. She left at 10:27pm and drove until nearly 2am the next morning before stopping at a hotel on the outskirts of St. Paul, Minnesota. When she awoke that afternoon she turned on the news as she ate. She saw her house and people talking about the grisly murder that happened there. Her father was slain and it was suspected that the mother was taken off and left dead somewhere in a ditch. Jacklyn lost all feeling for a few hours. All that was four months ago. Now she's running low on money and places to hide. She'd barely escaped people when she got the tingling feeling in her temples. She did though run across a site one night in a hotel, The Paranoid Times.
