World Empire 4 is a risk like stratagy game that divdes the world into 6 continates, with a map based on the real world political borders. However, a only a few countries have borders with countries on other continates. For Example, Spain, in Europe, shares a border with Morroco, in Africa. Egypt is accesable through Isreal, in the Asia theater, and Liberia, near Ghana, shares a border with Brazil, in South America.

The gameplay is simple, you have certain number of armies, and must eliminate your opponant. But you start out with only a few, and in order to gain more armies you must gain countries. For every 2 countries you hold at the begining of your next turn, you recruit an army, and if you hold all the countries in a theater, you get bonus armies. A good stratagy, for this reason, is to start out in Austrailia, which has a total of 3 countries in its Theater.

This game is rated 7/10 on the Expectancy rating. Its an okay game that helps you learn Geography. It is available for download on the www.download.com website.
