The idea that started this mess: What if Liam's shaquarava went off and Zo'or saw.
Kathryn - Part One
<Shoot, shoot shoot, oh darn. I can't believe I let that happen> thought Liam. Liam had been on the bridge of the Taelon mothership when suddenly one of the volunteers had morphed into a Jaridian probe and fired at Da'an. Liam had saved Da'an but well he was in deep deep deep deep deep trouble. He began pacing around the prison cell he had been placed in. He could no longer use his shaquarava. They had put some sort of energy blocker on his hands. He had spent the last day pacing the cell, seeing no one, no one at all. All he could do was wait. Wait to die, wait to live, and hope for rescue.
Molly Wells - Part Two
Augur was pacing. He'd just gotten a disturbing message from a Resitance plant masquerading as a Volunteer on the Mothership. She'd been put there to watch, and listen...Volunteers were notorious gossips. She told him that Liam, in an attempt to fend of the attack of a Jaridian probe, had revealed his shaquarava to everyone on the bridge-including Zo'or.
*Awwwww man! What am I gonna do? If this gets out....No, I am NOT gonna finish that thought. I can't afford to have everyone in the Resistance in on this. Think Augur! What would Liam want you to do?*
His pacing continued as the Resistance hacker mulled over possible plans in his head. Suddenly he came to a halt. Running over the nerest computer, Augur typed as fast as he could, calling up various schematics and information that he needed. This would require all the skills he posessed as a hacker. 20 minutes later, Auger had all he needed. Whipping out his global, he contacted Renee. Not even giving her time to say hello, Augur blurted, "Listen, Renee, I don't have much time to talk. I don't know what you've heard, but our contact on the Mothership told me that Liam used his shaquarava on the bridge when a Jaridian replicant tried to attack Da'an. He's being held in custody on the Mothership and I'm going to try and get him out of there myself. Help if you think you can, but time is of the essense, as they say."
With that, Augur dashed out the door. He needed to get a few things before he went to the Mothership.
Sam Gray - Part 3
Liam's arrest was a shock to humans that that worked for the Taelons as much it was a shock to those who opposed them. With his identity now in question, the Taelons had assumed him to be a conspirator. After the incident on the bridge the Taelons had launched the largest offensive against the Jaridians since their arrival on Earth. The synod had also assumed if they had a spy on the bridge they might know what they're up to and decided to make and unexpected attack.
Volunteers were being dispatched to battlefields across the galaxy. The amount of Volunteers had grown since the incident due to human sympathy for companion interests.
Jewels - Part 4
Zo'or stared at the medical report in the datastream in front of him. After a long moment, he turned to a nearby volunteer and ordered him to bring Da'an before him. <So, Major Kincaid seemed to be a Human-Kimera hybrid... now how might that have been possible... and more to the point...> Zo'or waved off the datastream as Da'an approached. The Synod leader narrowed his eyes and gestured to the air where the medical information had been hanging moments before. "Did you know about this?" he demanded.

Another group of Volunteers steps between the ID portal gates. The ID
portal illuminates in an array of blue light as the group of Volunteers vanish.
The deep, bass like sound would make anyone's ears pop slightly everytime.
Worlds away the Volunteers scramble into place among the hundreds of
Volunteers already standing in attention to a group of superior officers.
One more group of Volunteers arrives before they begin. A single officer steps
forward. "You all know why we're here! We are here to protect our world and
to protect the Taelons!" He shouts to them. "You'll be enforcing our
already depleting forces to the west! You shoot at anything that has glowing
green eyes! YOU GET ME?!""WE GET YOU SIR!" They shout in
acknowledgement."Good. Unit Leaders! Deploy your men." The group of
Volunteers begins to split up. A dust cloud spits hovers all around as the
Volunteers begin to march. Explosions can be heard in the distance as flickers
of light decorate the sky.
Kathryn - Part 6
A Dream:
Liam was being led somewhere, though he had no idea as to where, by Volunteers, presumably to meet with Zo'or. Upon arriving at the room, which Liam had oddly enough never seen before, he saw that Sandoval Zo'or and Da'an were waiting for him.
Zo'or spoke, "Major Kincaid, we know of your connections to the resistance."
Sandoval added, "Don't look so surprised, Major, we captured your hacker friend when he made an attempt to rescue you. We then "interviewed" him. Unfortunately he will not be able to provide us any more information.
Had Liam's hands been free at that moment, Liam would have killed Sandoval then and there. A cold ball of hatred and fear was forming within his chest. They had tortured and killed Augur. Liam's anger threatened to take over but since he couldn't attack Sandoval, Liam forced his face to remain calm and composed, denying Sandoval the reaction he'd clearly desired. Liam had to think, there had to be a way out.
"We want the names of all the members of the Resistance and we'll consider letting you live."
Liam shook his head, knowing that he could never do that. Death was preferable to life without freedom.
"If that's the way you want it Major." Sandoval held his skrill against Liam's head and the skrill began to glow.
"Go ahead, Father," said Liam sarcastically.
Sandoval looked slightly caught off guard but he fired. Liam felt the blast jolt over his body but instead of jolting him into unconsciousness
It jolted him awake. He was breathing hard and gasping for breath. He sat up and noticed Sandoval standing outside the forcefield. Liam sighed and glanced down at the things they had put on his hands to block his shaquarava. He was no closer to a solution than he had been three hours ago. He glanced up again as Sandoval turned and walked away. Liam wondered how Da'an was faring during this mess. Liam had a strong feeling that they, as well as the resistance, were in great danger. At least Augur was alive and well, for now.
