OXIA PALUS: A Message?

I was wondering if anyone can explain the image above. Again, I am in the wide angle
section where few bother to look because of resolution. But, Mars does seem to have things
on a large scale. I think all resolutions are important. I find it difficult to accept natural
forces creating the designs in the top image. I mean, come on, circular and rectilinear patterns
of the same size? Tubular? Hmmm?
