A computer monitor?(left section) An orange animal? An animal in motion would be blurred and out of focus when the photowas taken. Look at the right angles in the anchor-like structure laying just to the right of it.(right section)
Below is the lower left and lower right sections from the SOL778 image from Spirit MArch 23, 2006. Filters 2, 5 & 7 were used. Is there an explanation for these
structures? Were they formed by water? Supposedly the atmosphere is too thin to be sculpting rocks.
