am a Beast Wars fan, by Lady Dementia
I watch a show with character development,
Good graphics, and aggression.
You know what I’m talking about, right?
My Beast Wars obsession!
I look upon Beast Machines
With a revolted sense of dread;
I refuse to acknowledge it:
Beast Wars isn’t dead!
Oh, sure, the official writers
Have all stopped their writing,
But all fans know
The Beast Warriors are still fighting!
Historically, there was a
Highly original dream
With an original generation;
Transformers like Starscream.
The show "Transformers"
Ended, sadly, long ago--
But they go on!
--as all fans know.
Turn the TV off,
The computer on!
You’ll see them there,
‘Bot and ‘Con.
There’s lots of fans from ‘round the globe--
Lots of them have websites
Fanart and graphics and fanfics;
Loads of fan-made delights!
Now Beast Wars too
Has moved onto the Web,
And its popularity
Certainly will not ebb!
‘Cause I’m proud to be
A Beast Wars fan!
I write, draw, and websurf
Whenever I can.
Just turn on the computer
And whether you look for Maxi or Pred
You join the ranks of your fellow fans--
BEAST WARS IS NOT DEAD!!!
