In The End
Ever onward the lost will run,
Never caring what has ended and what has begun
Searching for no more than the dawning of the sun
Waiting for the dream to end
Lost in surroundings of forest and tree
Mere fantasy as far as the eye can see
Wondering if this is all that will ever be
Waiting for the dream to end
Round and round this place unkempt
Crying out for one who to the dream is exempt
Not expecting a reply but daring the attempt
Waiting for the dream to end
Realization opens the past
Not a dream, but reality as it turns too fast
Knowing fully you will never last
Waiting for the world to end
But ofcourse there's no way back
No way to start again, to fill the lack
And soon all self-control will crack
Knowing your world will end
