Tinga was born in one of the Manticore labs. She was trained as a weapon. She escaped the lab in 2009. Tinga lived in Portland and had a job a baker. When Tinga saw an Eyes-Only broadcast about Manticore knowing where the other were, she prepare to leave Portland but the TAC team with Lydecker was in the area where she lived.
She contacted Zack that she needed help. He came as soon as he could along with Max. The three of them knocked out the TAC team and then Zack took her to Canada. Her current where-a-bouts are unknown.
