We hear you ask.
We would never think of bragging, but we do feel compelled to answer.
Kat and Mish are the co-founders and co-presidents of the Facettes and the Phananites, prestigious fan clubs devoted to everyone's favourite actor and doctor. (Except Imperial scum who prefer Tetran Cowall. But we won't get into that...) They met in late '99 (although it seems much longer ago than that) over a Star Wars mailing list. It took some time and some conversations over AIM for them to realize that they had several interests (known by some unenlightened as "obsessions") in common, most notably the Barenaked Wookiees (Uh... Ladies, that is. Whoops) and the men of Rogue and Wraith Squadrons. In fact, the things they have in common have proved so numerous that they have begun to wonder if they were separated at birth, despite the fact that they've never been in the same country. Mish and Kat both have severe insecurity complexes, and will not be revelaling where they live, in case you were wondering. Suffice to say it is not in America. Okay, okay, so it's England and Canada. But not necessarily in that order. Could be Canada and England too. (Now you're confused? Makes three of us.)
When not found studying (Hah, like Mish has time to study? Too many non-academic things to do. And they say she has no life?! She is the Net Queen!) or poised over a keyboard chatting about one thing or another, Kat and Mish can be found hanging in Downtime surrounded by sexy X-wing pilots. At first Kat did not see what Mish could see in Phanan, and so Mish decided to set them up - Mainly for the reason that Face was so hers... Anyway, now that that's out in the open (*Mish ducks a THWACK from Kat*) Phanan and Kat maintain a healthy relationship, with Phanan taking every oppertunity to chat her up, and Kat doing her best not to strangle him when he gets into one of his 'funny' moods. Mish and Face have had a steady relationship also, and are doing very well, but aren't allowed to talk about that, because Phanan loves Mish and Face loves Kat too, and, oh, it's just one being relationshippy triangle square thing (And let's not even get onto the subject of Corran, or Hobbie, or Tycho, or Gavin, or...) Anyway, Mish and Kat can be found at Downtime. Usually with an X-wing guy on one arm and a Lomin Ale in the other.
