of Approved Visitors to Swope Park
As a currently accepted citizen
of the Necropolis Domain, you may visit Swope Park
However you may not currently
visit the sister park, Fleming.
When you arrive at Swope,
please be aware that the Masquerade is tatamount.
Strive not be seen moving into,
or about the park by any mortal as the park is closed at dusk
save for special events. Avoid mortals
during thise late night events totally.
To enter the Clearing and other rescricted
areas, specific permission must
be obtained. After permission is
granted, you will be escorted within
the restricted areas of the Park
to meet with any Gangrel Clan
member who is currently there.
If no member of the Clan is available
at the time you visit, you will
be asked to depart and return at a later date.
Ignoring this request will be punishable
by me, the Jarl.
You will be required to remain within
the line-of-sight of at least one
clan member while in any restricted
area. If your escorts must depart
for some reason, you must depart
as well. You are expected to act in
accordance with all Palatinate rules
and codes of conduct.
Failure to do so is punishable by
me, the Jarl.
After you have visited the
Park several times, and established your ability to act
with respect to the Gangrel Domain,
these escorts will be lessened. In some
circumstances, trusted visitors
will be allowed to enter at will and remain alone within
some of the restricted areas of
the Park. However, even these may not access
certain secure locations within
the Park, for example ... the Zoo, any haven without
permission, and the Ruins. Also,
you may not attend any Gangrel council meeting,
or gathering without explicit prior
permission.
If you have any questions on this
please feel free to raise a question to a member of the
Witan,
including myself.
If any non Gangrel is caught
using Disciplines in the park, without express and
timely permission, all visitation
will be revoked. In addition to this, you may suffer
staking at the hand of any officer
of the Clan Gangrel, and placed into holding
until your Primogen or applicable
leader is contacted about your inability to follow
the Jarl's wishes. Such actions
will be viewed without exception as a complete and
utter dishonor to the Jarl, the
Witan, and the Domain.
However, be aware that the
rights of visitation do not allow you to take
up any form of residence within
the Park. You are not Clan Gangrel simply
because you tread our territory.
