Folans just made Alliance with the IPA and are willing to help them, We're not sure why they did this jump from one side to another, but somebody believe that they did it because Federation started to support IPA. IPA has now: First ones, UFP, Folan Star Empire and also Vemrer Empire as allies. So we don't think GA is anymore attacking, but we're not sure about it yet.
