Homeworld(s): Their homeworld is Berla. It's a M-Class planet.
History: Before they got connection to humans, they had been subjugated by the Parliens. It appears that the main reason for this was to get efficient workers for the Parliens and in their last days of the occupation, to Dominion, too. When the Federation got connection to them, they liberated them and not long after that, the Berlans already wanted to become Federation's members.
Info: Berlans haven't been UFP's members for long, still they're quite importnant members at least they were. Since the Protector Station 25 is located in the Berla system and it was used a lot during the Dominion War. Berlans have only few planets, that are fully under their control. Berlans are quite advanced race, but mostly just because they have lots of Parlien's old technology.
