Info: These are the biggest mystery in the IPA. During the formation of the IPA some T-Race colonies declared themselves as part of it as well which came as somewhat of a shock to everyone. The T-Race themselves didn't seem to care less what their colonies were doing. However, these colonies didn't became ordinary members. They have their own military, they don't receive anything from the IPA, but do, however, give some supplies to there. No IPA ships visit the colonies or even the systems. These colonies seem more to be part of the T-Race Federation rather than the IPA, but on the map and politically they are part of the Interplanetary Alliance and will probably continue to be for a long time. They do have few representatives in the IPA's central council, but a lot fewer than any other member race of system. Apparently they themselves wished this.
