Government: The IPA's Vemrer systems usually have some kind of governor who controls the internal affairs inside the system. Every colony also has a represent in the IPA Central Council.
History: During the Lightness War, some of the Vemrer colonies started to think that they would be able to do things better in their own way. They did this at secret. They had secret meetings with the leaders of some Folan colonies and then decided to form an alliance against the Lightness. This allience was kept secret for quite long, but in the last days of the Lightness War this alliance joined to the newly formed IPA.
Military: Every IPA's Vemrer system has its local military force, which is quite weak. Every system does have some ships and/or bases which are own by the Interplanetary Alliance Military.
Power: There's Vemrer systems which broke away from the Vemrer Empire.
Info: These colonies still have very good relations with the IPA's Folan colonies. It's thought that they still might have some kind of a secret alliance between them, but this hasn't been confirmed though. Some of the Vemrer colonies have returned back to the Vemrer Empire, but still some of them remain in the IPA.
