Unit Outline:
    The Patif is was created as a Medium Strike bomber capable of damaging large enemy ships.  Built with a dual-hull configuration, it was the premier bomber of its day, and is still a powerful and effective ship.

System Specifications:
    The primary weapons of the Patif are a quartet of Space Grasers.  These S-Grasers have a longer range, and are much more powerful than their land based cousins, but have a significantly reduced rate of fire.
    The longest ranged, and most powerful weapons on the Patif are the 5 Space MicroFusion missle tubes.  A more powerful, farther ranged version of the standard MF, the five SMFs have an extremely long range and their accuracy and power is incredible.  These are the main weapons against capital ships.
    The Patif is protected by 7 tons of ArMax armor, as well as a Type 15 HiCS System.  The combination of the two allows it to take almost anything and keep going.  While it has the armor of the smaller Shavet, it packs a shielding system that was later put on the incredibly popular Badrok.

Operational Capabilities:
    Built before the Badrok, the Patif was a mix between bomber firepower and fighter maneuverability.  With a top speed just slower than some fighters, and the firepower of some bombers, the Patif can inflict damage on most any enemy it comes across.  They are still used in the KC today as quick strike and capital ship assault bombers, though commanders sometimes opt for the more powerful, but slower Badrok.
