1/ The characters must be between the ages of 11 -21 yrs of age.
2/ No more that two active characters per person and even then they MUST remain active, and not be in the same team. But you can have as many NPC's as you want.
3/ Rangers must not have the same color in one group, no multi colored rangers.
4/ No crossovers from any show or movie with out our permission.
5/ No useing another person's character with out their permission.
6/ PR characters can be used as NPC's in fan fics.
7/ You must join before you can post on any of the In Character Messages Boards and at least have a profile up on our Members page.
