Anita, Leni and Von, costumed, stepped into the false interdimentional portal. As usual
                                  they waited for the 'cut' of the realisator, but they saw a bright light surround them. They
                                  gasped as they were transported in another universe.

                                  €

                                  Doors and all the Resistance team had left the Head Quarter for one week. They were in
                                  UK for a while, for an important meting of all the Resistance Leaders all around the world.
                                  The had left the place to Augur and Boone's care.

                                  They were lunching in the kitchen, when they heard a very strange noise from the main
                                  room. Lili got up with a weird look to the others two and pulled out her gun. She bursted
                                  in the main room, gun in hand.

                                  Boone just came on her heels and stopped. They were both amazed by the sight before
                                  them. A strange blue thing, like a vortex like they showed in the 70's movies, was two
                                  feets up the ground. They heard a noise like something falling to the ground and the
                                  vortex disapeared.

                                  Boone pulled out her gun and followed Lili in the room.

                                  "Who are you?" Lili shot through the room.

                                  Augur waited, patiently, on the doorstep.

                                  They heard no response, only some painful, angrily moanings. Lili suddenly got a brilliant
                                  idea, she turned on the lights. They both see who their visitors were. Boone gasped in
                                  horror. Da'an, Zo'or and Sandoval were up before them.

                                  "Ah @#%$..." exclaimed the one who was so much alike Zo'or.

                                  Okay one thing was clear. It was not the Zo'or they knew. Lili lowered her weapon and
                                  Boone told his skrill to calm.

                                  "Who the hell are you?" asked Boone amazed.

                                  "It have a bathroom in this place?" asked 'Sandoval'.

                                  Lili showed them the way, her eyes wide like plates.

                                  Not five minutes after, they came back. The two young women were still dressed with the
                                  Taelon purple jumpsuit. One had long brown hairs and greens eyes. She was Da'an's
                                  human double. The other one was much taller. Her hairs were a deeper brown and so
                                  were her eyes. Zo'or.

                                  Don't need to speak of the man. He was just Sandoval. More relaxed. Without the icy cold
                                  implanted mask. But it was definitly him.

                                  They looked up and around themselves. "Where the hell landed we, girls?" let out
                                  'Sandoval'.

                                  "Don't know..."

                                  "Hu, hummmm..." Boone cleared his troath. "If you started by tell us who are you?" he
                                  asked.

                                  "Oh yeah." The taller woman said "Hummm okay, I'm Anita LaSelva, this is Leni Parker,"
                                  she pointed at the other women "and this," she pointed Sandy, "is VonFlores."

                                  "And what exactly are you?" asked Augur popped in the scene.

                                  "We're actors."

                                  €

                                  "In our world, your 'universe' is a tv show. We are actors. We play...well...I suppose you
                                  guessed, I play Da'an, Anita plays Zo'or and Von plays Sandy."

                                  Augur cutted her "Wow. You mean that in your universe we...are TV characters?"

                                  "Yes."

                                  Anita thought a bit. How explain to people that their world is in your dimention a TV show.
                                  OK. "In our world, we're in the Season 4 right now. We just finished it. And right now...if
                                  Boone's alive it's because we're in the season one."

                                  "What?" came the burst from Boone and Lili.

                                  "Ooops..."suggested Von.

                                  "Well...Boone is suppose to die at the end of the season one, injured by Ha'gel, killed
                                  by...me. Killed by Zo'or." Anita said a wide smile on her lips.

                                  €

                                  Boone and Lili stared at the actors with wide eyes. "Well it's a long story, so I think we're
                                  better sit and speak of it calmly okay!"

                                  Anita looked around her and said : "Is there some clothes so that we could change
                                  ourselves?" she asked around. Leni and her were still in 'Taelons clothing'.

                                  "I'll see what I can get for you," Lili said hurried out of the room, followed by the two
                                  other women.

                                  Boone litterally fell on a chair and took his head between his hands.

                                  "Oh god…" Von shot him an odd look. Boone raised the head exaspered.

                                  "Hey! Imagine you just learned, in a somewhat abrupt manner, that your universe is all
                                  false and played by actors! What would you do?" he replied angrily.

                                  Just at this moment Anita, Leni and Lili came back in the now silenced room. "Look like
                                  we missed something."

                                  €

                                  They took chairs and put them in circle. They all sat there. The actors began explaining.

                                  "So where do we start? If you began by telling us what happened last…" Leni suggested.

                                  "Last, last…I think it was Zo'or interdimentional portal project…" Lili said, she received a
                                  nod from Augur and Boone.

                                  "Okay. So don't be surprised. I'll tell you what will happen next in your world okay.
                                  Maybe you'll find it unbelievable or something but trust me it'll happen." Von stopped and
                                  took a deep breath.

                                  "Soon the strange green thing you get will be brought in a Taelon lab for be studied.
                                  Inside this will be a virus which will nearly kill all Taelons and Humans. But Boone'll save
                                  all of you with Da'an's help by putting himself in a nearly dead state,
                                  blah-blah-blah…After it will be 'destruction'. Boone, Lili and a couple of other people I
                                  don't remeber the name of, will go in the Taelons lab in Russia for destroy the probe
                                  which have take tape of all resistance members. You set a time bomb on it and escape
                                  just before it explodes. But Sahjit, who came with you, manage to extract Rayna from
                                  the probe but die himself in the process. And the last of the 'season 1', an alien named
                                  Ha'gel, a Kimera, an ancestor of the Taelons, come out from his purple tube and begin
                                  kill everyone around. Da'an send Sandy, me, Boone, Beckett and Lili for catch him and
                                  kill him. Meanwhile Beckett follow Lili everywhere because she's sure she have resistance
                                  ties. She's bright by the way, be carefull with her. Ha'gel take Sandy's form and…mate
                                  with Beckett for create a child who'll be name Liam. Boone kill Ha'gel and Ha'gel injury
                                  Boone gravely. Boone is put in a blue tank by the Taelons and killed by Zo'or after."

                                  Von, Anita and Leni continued turn after turn, telling the story of EFC season after
                                  season. When they stopped, everyone stared at them wordlessly. Always without a word,
                                  Boone got up and headed toward the door. "Boone where are you going?" asked Lili.

                                  "I'm going to bring Da'an there." Lili shot him an Are-you-crazy look. "Listen Lili, that's
                                  serious. And anyway they said Da'an would know about this place sometime. So…"

                                  Boone disapeared into the lift.

                                  €

                                  Da'an heard someone step, des pite the soft noise of the energy stream. He recognized
                                  the Commander William Boone beneath the energy particles. He spent a few more
                                  seconds in the energy stream and finally sat, feeling that the chair followed him.

                                  "Commander Boone. May I ask what is your buisness here at such an hour?" Da'an said
                                  after giving to the human the Taelon salute.

                                  "An incident happened Da'an," Boone simply stated. Da'an began more and more
                                  curious. Never his implant had hid things to him.

                                  "Explain."

                                  "I can't." Da'an frowned. Boone was an implant, he was supposed to follow every orders
                                  the Taelons gave him, even if it was to jump down of a bridge…He was even more
                                  surprised by what the human said next : "Da'an it's a delicate subject. I can't explain it
                                  there." Boone whispered.

                                  Da'an raised up and walked toward his implant, looking at him suspiciously. Boone said
                                  something again before the Taelon could speak : "Do you trust me Da'an?" he asked.
                                  Da'an turned to face him. He was astounded by his implant's behavior but he would not
                                  show it. He answered the question. "I trust you Boone." He really trusted Boone, more
                                  than every humans and more than a couple of Taelons. Will continued : "Even if I was not
                                  implanted?"

                                  "Even if you were not implanted," Da'an replied truthfully.

                                  "Come with me."

                                  Without waiting for a word more the human left the room. Da'an followed him. Five
                                  minutes later they were in front of St-Michael's church. Da'an was very curious. Boone
                                  turned and smiled to him, reassuringly.

                                  They entered by the front door. They were lucky. No one came in a church in the middle
                                  of the night. Boond took Da'an's hand and brought him toward an, apparently useless,
                                  wall. The tall man opened a little metal box, fixed on the wall for reveal a DNA scaner.

                                  Da'an began to understand. He instantly broke Boone's grip on his hand.

                                  "What you'll do to me?" he asked, fear in his voice.

                                  "Nothing Da'an. Trust me. Something exceptional happened, that you need to see."

                                  Da'an sighed and looked like he had just said himself : And why not after all, the worse
                                  they can do is kill me! A part of the wall disapeared and Boone entered a small elevator.
                                  Da'an followed.

                                  Not after five seconds, the door opened. Da'an knew they were about 100 meters under
                                  the ground.

                                  €

                                  Leni was discussing with Anita and Von when she saw him enter. She jumped down from
                                  the table she was sit on. The two others continued like nothing had happened. She
                                  walked slowly. Despite herself, like an habits she had from years, she started to move
                                  her fingers, in a very Da'an-like.

                                  He just stepped from the elevator, following Boone hesitantly. The first thing he saw was
                                  her. They just walked toward each others, like they knew it would happen just like this.
                                  The others were in a circle around them, but neither Da'an or Leni saw them.

                                  They approach each others, slowly, not very sure of what to do. Leni had never wonder
                                  about what to do if she met Da'an and Da'an had never wonder about what to do if he
                                  met a woman with who he felt that kind of link.

                                  "I know you," they said simultaneously. It did a strange impression, they had the same
                                  voice. Da'an sounded less feminine and Leni's voice was less serious but it was definatly
                                  the same voice.

                                  "Who are you?" asked Da'an finally, after many seconds of silence. Leni smiled.

                                  "My name's Leni Parker." She extended her hand to him. He shooked it slowly, non-able
                                  of taking his eyes away from her. He blushed blue, totally confused. Causing Leni to stare
                                  even more amazed at him.

                                  "May…May I touch you?" she asked. Da'an understood and kept his true energy form on
                                  and allowed her to touch him. Leni raised her hand and stroked his cheek, causing him to
                                  blush another time.

                                  They came back to reality when Anita cleared her throat, and realized how close they
                                  were. Leni flushed a bright red and took a step back, as Da'an blushed blue and also
                                  draw back. Their moves were so alike, it made everyone burst in laugh. The same moves
                                  of hands, the same delicate gestures, the same kind expression on the face…

                                  "I suppose it was the 'something exceptional' you spoke me of Boone?" asked Da'an
                                  turning to his implant.

                                  "Yes," said Boone a smile still floating on the lips. Da'an took the time to look around
                                  himself. To Boone's surprise a look of wonder and a vaguely admiration, filed his blue
                                  eyes.

                                  "Resistance Head Quarters?" the Taelon asked simply. Boone could do nothing but nod.

                                  "You knew…"

                                  "I doubted. Never a Human implant did things as you did Boone. Captain Marquette," he
                                  said turning to Lili. Lili bowed to him.

                                  "He knew," said Lili to the surprised Augur and Boone. "Long story," she added when she
                                  saw the look in Augur's eyes. A knowing look was exchanged between Lili and Da'an.

                                  Then Da'an continued to look around the room and stopped when he saw Von. His eyes
                                  widened. Von smiled. And a doubtful look started to grow in Da'an's eyes.

                                  "Von Flores," the man said as only explanation.

                                  €

                                  The actors explained all of it fastly to Da'an. After a long silence came on the room, now
                                  dark. Da'an had not spoke during all the time of the explanations, neither acknoledging
                                  or denying.

                                  Boone finally asked the question everyone had in th head, "Is it true, Da'an?"

                                  Da'an raised his eyes toward the tall man, "Yes it is."

                                  The Taelon returned to his silence after that, looking like not very ready to speak of
                                  anything.

                                  Lili and Augur got up and went to the small kitchen in a corner, after many 'I'm hungry'
                                  requests. Sandy, Leni and Anita also got up after a clear look from Leni. The two friends
                                  needed to be alone.

                                  "I trusted you," Da'an said simply turning for stare at Boone.

                                  "I know. You trusted me like you would have trust any people you believed was
                                  implanted with a CVI."

                                  "The MI of your implant is desactivated I suppose," saif the Taelon softly.

                                  "Yes."

                                  Da'an blinked a couple of times and asked again : "It amazes me Commander Boone.
                                  You served me even if you were not forced to do so. How could you stand it?"

                                  Boone lowered his gaze to look at the ground. "Lili helped me a lot. You helped me too
                                  Da'an. When I saw how you believed in the Humans, how you considered us as a people,
                                  despite what thought your whole Synod, I was amazed, and I thought that maybe it had a
                                  hope for our two races to continue and live in peace together."

                                  Da'an opened his eyes wide. Boone sat beside him and catched the Taelon's eyes into
                                  his. "I truly believe there's a chance for our two people to live in peace Da'an. Now we
                                  know what may happen in the future. It' s up to us to change it," he whispered.

                                  Da'an nodded, looking absent. He was in communication with the Commonality. He
                                  blushed blue in anger and return in this reality.

                                  "You told them?" asked Boone.

                                  "No. Neither about you or about what's happening." Boone was clearly surprised by this.
                                  "You expected me to do so Boone?"

                                  "Well…You're a Taelon and I'm…maybe a little, part of the movement which want to kick
                                  you people away from earth."

                                  Da'an smiled at the words Boone used, but responded, "Since the first time I saw you, I
                                  knew you were different. I knew you would be different. You've never betrayed me
                                  Boone, I know of that. We are on different sides, maybe. But it would just be against
                                  logic and moral to betray my friend."

                                  Boone looked at Da'an gravely.

                                  A call from the kitchen interupted them. "Come on Boone or we'll eat all and you'll die in
                                  starving very very very very painfully," called Anita in the same tone of voice she would
                                  have said the news on TV.

                                  Boone raised and helped Da'an up. The man extended his hand to the Taelon.

                                  "For the belief that peace between our two races is possible, my friend…"

                                  Da'an shooked Boone's hand, looked a him in the eyes. "For the belief that there's maybe
                                  a hope of a future understanding, my friend…" he said, softly. Boone just smiled and,
                                  without letting go of Da'an's hand went toward the table.

                                  €

                                  "Can we see the tapes?" Augur asked.

                                  "The tapes, the tapes. I don't have them all the time with me you know. By the way
                                  someone taped them?" Leni asked to Von and Anita.

                                  "Me, but it's with my other Star Trek and X-files things," Von responded. "But they are a
                                  little in the other dimention we come from," he added, sarcastically.

                                  "Well that's not a big problem," replied Augur Mr. I-have-the-answer-to-all. He got up
                                  from his seat and went toward his computer. "It was on when you arrived earlier, so I
                                  think it has taped the coordinates you are from." He started to type on his keyboard.
                                  "Yes, that's it," he said when he finally catch the things he wanted. "But now the problem
                                  is, one : who will go, because I have enough energy for send one person at a time, and
                                  two : how this person will go, because we need a Taelon interdimentional portal."

                                  "I can resolve the second question," Da'an said from the other end of the room.
                                  Everyone turned for stare at him, waiting for explanations. He continued, "The Taelons
                                  have the power to break the interdimentional world. In other words, I can create an
                                  interdimentional hole and direct it with the coordinates you'll give to me."

                                  "You can really do that?" asked Boone.

                                  "It will take a great part of my energy, but I can, without much risks, yes."

                                  "And I volunteer for go," said Von. Anita and Leni turned sharply to him. "I don't intend to
                                  spend the rest of my life there, girls, you know. You can do what you want, but I prefer
                                  to return into our world."

                                  "S'okay Von. We'll return too, but at least we'll repair the damage we have done by
                                  coming here," said Anita looking very serious, for one time.

                                  €

                                  All things were set up. Da'an went with Von in the middle of the room. The Taelon closed
                                  his eyes and took off his Human 'mask'. Everyone sensed the energy hanging around, in
                                  the whole room. The lights flashed a time. Some windows broke and some energy started
                                  to turn around Da'an, like electricity. Boone was getting worry for his Companion. As Lili,
                                  Anita and Leni, for both Da'an and Von, who was too in the middle of this whirling of blue
                                  energy. Suddenly, with a soft 'voooom', a hole with full of blue-gray-purple-pink lines in,
                                  appeared in front of a weak Da'an. Von looked at the other peoples who were watching
                                  from the other end of the room. He waved his hand at them and smiled briefly. He
                                  opened his mouth but Da'an's soft voice interupted him:

                                  "Please hurry. I don't have enough energy for stand it much longer."

                                  Von flashed a last smile and jumped in the hole, being fastly aspired by it. Da'an needed
                                  to make the hole stay in form longer for the return of what Sandy would send to them.

                                  The Taelons shaked on his feet and almost fell. Finally a box with tapes in appears in the
                                  hole and fell noisy on the ground. Da'an let the hole vanish as it had appear first. He let
                                  out a soft moaning a fell on the ground unconscious. Lili and Boone were the first to be at
                                  his side. Boone carefully lifted the Taelon body in his arms and placed him on a couch
                                  near there. Lili took his hand anxiously.

                                  "Da'an…Da'an…" she murmured in his ear.

                                  It was the first time that Leni, Anita and Augur saw a Taelon in his true appearance. But
                                  even Lili and Boone were like hypnotised by the small energy paterns. Under Lili's touch,
                                  Da'an started to awake slowly. He blinked a couple of times and finally opened his big
                                  blue eyes. He was not able to fix on something before a few seconds. He realized Lili was
                                  holding his hands and smiled reassuringly to her. Lili flushed a bright red and release
                                  Da'an's hand quickly.

                                  "Da'an…you allright?" asked Boone.

                                  The Taelon could not respond but nod. When he spoke it was in the Taelon language. He
                                  was apparently to weak for keep his Human facade on and speak Human english. Boone
                                  was the only one to understand them.

                                  "I'm all right," said Da'an, so weakily that Boone had to lean closer for hear him, "I just
                                  need energy." Boone translated to english for all the other people.

                                  "Boone he's speaking lightly. If he does not get some Taelon or whatever energy soon,
                                  he'll die," said Augur taking readings on his computer screen.

                                  Boone's face starting to get worried. "Can I help in anyway?" he asked in the Taelon's
                                  natural language.

                                  "There's maybe a…" painful moaning "…way but I'm not sure of what the results would
                                  be," Da'an said tentatively.

                                  "And what this would be?" asked Boone back to his Taelon friend.

                                  Da'an sighed longly, like resigned before Boone's insistance, "Human energy can sustain
                                  me…for a while, but still enough for that I get the rest I need. And I could take some
                                  more if the rest would be longer to come."

                                  "Is there any way?"

                                  "I could put myself in sa'am'ad state but in my…current state of energy lacking, there
                                  would be a very thin chance that I would come off from it."

                                  Boone take a long breath and passed a look around, brienfly translating the conversation
                                  he and Da'an had had. After many minutes of reflection and asking to the other Humans
                                  in the place, he came to a decision.

                                  "I'm the stronger here, I'll give you the energy you need Da'an," he whispered, gently.

                                  "You are sure Boone? I can…" Boone interupted him.

                                  "No Da'an. I'll do it," he said in a tone that indicates he was not about to take no as an
                                  answer.

                                  Da'an sighed and extended his hand to him, palm turned toward the Human. Lili knew
                                  how it 'worked'. But the other Humans were completly inexperimented with this kind of
                                  things. Anita, Leni and Augur opened wide eyes.

                                  Da'an pressed his palm to Boone's and the energy transfer began. Boone's reddish vital
                                  energy ran through his arms and hands for being incorporate in Da'an's body. The Taelon
                                  shivered and sighed softly as the alien energy entered his body. The red melted with
                                  blue, for create a strange purple tone.

                                  The Taelon finally released Boone. The implant shaked his head, as he felt the beginning
                                  of an headache growing within his head. Da'an started to breath again. Everyone in the
                                  room sighed in relief. The Taelon slowly sat helped by Lili and Boone, on the edge of the
                                  couch. He turned to Boone :

                                  "Thank you." Boone bowed his head and smiled. "Are you well?" asked Da'an again.
                                  Boone nodded.

                                  "I'll just get another of those hell headache," he whispered. Da'an smiled and placed his
                                  hand on Boone's cheek. Instantly, the pain, the Human felt growing and growing in his
                                  head, stopped.

                                  "Thank you," he murmured back in Da'an's mother tongue.

                                  €

                                  Augur, Anita and Leni were starting to class the tapes.

                                  "Hey what's that," said Augur discovering a Star Trek tape.

                                  "Star Trek," Anita responded in her usual serious tone.

                                  "So funny," replied Augur on the same.

                                  "That's it…EFC," exclamed Leni finding the tapes they were searching for.

                                  "Are they all there?"

                                  "Wait I have EFC seaons 1, EFC season 2, EFC season 3 and EFC…what's that?…" she
                                  tried to read what's was written on the paper, "EFC bloopers."

                                  Anita turned to Leni a big wide smile on her face.

                                  "No, Anita," said Leni "Don't even think about it."

                                  "Yes but I have the tape."

                                  Leni sighed in despair. The also found a little paper in the box. It was Von writing. Say
                                  hello to Sandy for me.

                                  €

                                  A couple of hours later…

                                  They had finally found a VCR for play the tapes. Leni, Anita and Lili were asleep from
                                  some hours, tired by the evnts of the day. Augur had gone out for his 'buisness'. Boone
                                  and Da'an were the only ones still watching. They had passed all the season 1, they were
                                  watching the last episode of it.

                                  Boone gasped as he saw…himself being vaporized in the Void by Zo'or. Da'an blushed
                                  and looked at his implant.

                                  "Well…I just saw my own death, it's really perturbating you know…"

                                  "I understand."

                                  Da'an had his head inclined on Boone's shoulder and, unconsciously, Will had passed an
                                  arm around the Companion thin waist.

                                  The tape ended and Will turned off the TV. Da'an was almost asleep at his side. He
                                  carefully tried to take his arm back to him, when he realized how he held Da'an. But the
                                  Taelon maoned in his sleep and Boone stopped every moves.

                                  "You mind sleep with a Human?" he asked to Da'an very seriously ans sleepy.

                                  "Since Zo'or is not watching, no not really," responded an almost sleeping Da'an. "And we
                                  both need rest."

                                  Boone lay on the couch and Da'an curled beside him. He had still his hand around Da'an's
                                  waist and the Taelon's cheek rested on his shoulder. Da'an gently slipped in Sa'am'ad like
                                  that as Boone fell asleep.

                                  €

                                  Anita awoke this morning. She was ready to find around herself her chamber, persuated
                                  that all this crazy stuff had been just a dream. But she was really in the Resistance HQ.
                                  She got up. Leni was already up, she was looking at something that make her smile a lot.
                                  Anita frowned and went toward her friend.

                                  Leni and Anita exchanged a strange look, while staring at Boone and Da'an sleeping
                                  together on the couch.

                                  "That's the cutest thing I've seen from a time you know…" murmured Leni to Anita.

                                  "I've forgot my kodac…" Anita responded, sad.

                                  Augur was not come back and apparently, Lili had woke up a moment before and had
                                  gone to her apartment.

                                  Leni went toward the couple on the couch and shaked a little Boone's shoulder. He
                                  opened his eyes and shooked his head. He had his arms tightly twisted around Da'an,
                                  holding the Taelon close to him. He made a move and awoke the sleepy Companion.

                                  Leni turned her back to them and went toward the kitchen, prepare the breakfast with
                                  Anita who was already there.

                                  Da'an woke up suddenly, feeling a strong pair of arms encircling him. He was getting
                                  scared when he catched that he was in William Boone's arms. He relaxed and let his fall
                                  back on the man's chest. Boone sat, Da'an followed the move.

                                  "You slept well?" asked Da'an.

                                  "With you, anyone would sleep well…" answered Boone.

                                  "Did I sense sarcasm in your voice?" asked Da'an, all but serious.

                                  "No," Boone defended himself. "We're better get up, I think we have much things to do
                                  this morning…" he was interrupted by Da'an and Leni moaning. He turned and catched the
                                  Taelon before he falls on the ground. Da'an's and Leni's body were like losing substance.
                                  Boone understood and pulled Da'an away form Leni. It stopped. Leni exchanged a
                                  strange look with Anita and took a step toward Da'an. The Taelon put his hands before
                                  him and moaned in suffering as Leni gasped in pain.

                                  "I think we have a little problem there."

                                  €
                                  Da'an and Leni were getting weaker and weaker after each 'crisis'. Augur and Lili were
                                  there. Leni was unconsicous and Da'an was lying on the couch, in his natural form, with
                                  Boone knelt beside him.

                                  "We need to do something. I'll not let Leni and Da'an die without trying to do anything,"
                                  Anita exclamed.

                                  Boone raised. "You're allright Anita, but someone has an idea how we could help them."

                                  Da'an weak voice cam from behind him. "I know…how…" he stopped, "Me and…Ms.
                                  Parker need to join…if not…we'll both die…"

                                  "How can you join?" asked Boone to Da'an

                                  Da'an shooked his head, closing his eyes. "I'm not sure…will…work with a…Human…but I
                                  need enough energy…need to go on the mothership…"

                                  "What? You need to go on the mothership?"

                                  Boone raised and met Lili worry gaze. She kept her eyes fixed on the Taelon lying. Anita
                                  held Leni'hand. And Augur was watching over Anita.

                                  "No, Boone, we cannot go on the mothership…" started to say Lili. At this moment Da'an
                                  and Leni get another violent convulsion, that let Leni shaking and Da'an losing energy
                                  again.

                                  "You want them to die?" asked Boone pointing at Da'an and Leni.

                                  "No. But awake Boone : what we'll say on the mothership, 'Hum sorry but we need to
                                  take your energy for save Da'an and a woman you don't know'???"

                                  Not thirty minutes later, they were on their way to the mothership, in Lili's shuttle. Augur
                                  had stayed on Earth. Boone prefered don't think of what would be Jonathan reaction
                                  when he would discover that Da'an had came down there…

                                  Leni and Da'an had regained conscience while the crisis had stopped for a moment. Leni
                                  was in one seat holding his head in her hand. She shot worry looks at Da'an everytime
                                  she could. The actress did not seem to suffer as much as the Companion did. Boone held
                                  Da'an in his arms. They were sat on the ground at the back of the shuttle, as far as
                                  possible form Leni. The crisis seemed to be less strong when they were not close to each
                                  other.

                                  Boone was sat on the ground and cradled Da'an's body against him.

                                  They boarded on the mothership odcking bay. They were lucky at this early hour in the
                                  morning, almost no one was there. Leni exited first, supporting herself on Anita's arm.
                                  Boone jumped down, and took Da'an in his arms, silenting all Da'an's protestations. The
                                  Taelon finally gave up and let Boone hold him.

                                  They followed Da'an's direction and finally arrived on the second bridge. It was the
                                  second source of energy in importance on the mothership. After the main bridge. Just as
                                  they entered the room, Boone felt Da'an's body shake hard between his arms. Leni
                                  collapsed on her knees.

                                  Boone placed Da'an's body in the chair and started the energy stream. Anita and Lili took
                                  Leni's body and put her on a table.

                                  Boone watched as Da'an rested a few minutes in the energy mist. Da'an waved his arm
                                  and the chair returned in his original position. Boone jumped, litterally, at Da'an's side.

                                  "Are you all right?" he asked, looking concerned.

                                  "Yes…I believe I'll be, Boone. How's Ms. Parker?" replied the Taelon weakly.

                                  "She did not look good Da'an. She just fell unconscious again," Boone said turning his
                                  head at Leni, laying on the table.

                                  Da'an raised slowly as Boone passed an arm around his waist for support the Taelon.
                                  They approached Leni's, looking lifeless, body. Anita and Lili stepped back as they saw
                                  the Companion came closer and closer to Leni. Boone released him and Da'an leaned to
                                  stare at Leni. She opened her eyes.

                                  Da'an smiled reassuringly to her and returned to his normal form. He took her hands in
                                  his. Leni jerked as the energy transfer began. Da'an's body dissolved in a energy
                                  particles
                                  mist and lifted Leni from the table.

                                  The young woman was still weak. She smiled in pleasure, despite all. Da'an's form
                                  re-appeared as Leni was laying back on the purple table. Da'an was holding Leni's face
                                  between his hands. She was wearing a big smile on her face, looking wonderfully happy…

                                  "A joining will not be necessary as I had thought before," the Taelon said to the Humans
                                  behind him. "I exchanged a little of my livings energy paterns with Leni and she did the
                                  same with me. We are both well," he finished, stroking Leni's cheek.

                                  "What's happening in there?" interupted the angry, cold voice of Sandoval.

                                  Boone rolled his eyes, to Da'an and Leni great amusement, and turned toward his fellow
                                  implant. As usual he was followed by Zo'or.

                                  This one stopped like he had hit a wall when his cold stare fell on Anita. She just smiled
                                  crookedly to him, and shot the Taelon a typical Zo'or-like look. Totally letting fall of
                                  Agent Sandoval, Zo'or made this way toward this young woman who seemed different,
                                  for him…

                                  He blinked a several time in stupefaction as Anita placed herself just like him.

                                  "Who are you?"

                                  "If I tell you, you'll not believe me!"

                                  "And what make you say that…" Zo'or replied as he frowned in impatience.

                                  Anita sighed. She knew the 'character' very well. She just turned to him and offering him
                                  her palm, to share. He shot her the most surprised look a Taelon could have, but pressed
                                  his palm to hers.

                                  Anita was quite non-experimented with the sharing method. So she could not hide
                                  anything form Zo'or cold and calcuting mind. He saw all the events of the pasts days.
                                  Also all that would happen in the 'future'. He suddenly jerked back and turned to his
                                  parent.

                                  "What have you done?" he yelled to him in Eunoia.

                                  Zo'or went to Da'an and slapped him hard in the face. Da'an fell in Boone's arms.

                                  "You're a traitor to our race to have shown to this inferior specie that!"

                                  Sandoval started to be more and more confused by what happened around him.

                                  Anita sighed soundly. "When will you learn, you bastard!" she screamed in the room. She
                                  looked like so much like Zo'or, when she was angry. Zo'or stepped toward her,
                                  menacingly. Anita's reply to this attitude came not five seconds after. "Don't try to
                                  impress me! I know perfectly what you are! I created you, Zo'or! So listen carefully to
                                  this and try for one time in you damned life to understand!!!" she stopped, taking her
                                  breath. All the others in the room, Zo'or included, stared at her wordslessly. She
                                  continued, more gently this time : "You need the Humans Zo'or, when will you understand
                                  it! And the Humanity need the Taelons help! So stop talking to them like they are only
                                  insects!" Everyone in the room looked at her with wide eyes.

                                  "She's allright Zo'or," continued Da'an, his hand on his cheek, stroking the place where
                                  Zo'or had slapped him. "We cannot continue without the Humanity's help, even if it
                                  seems disgustful to you, you must face the reality. We need the Human race if we want
                                  to survive."

                                  Zo'or looked at his feet for a while. "I'm not sure if it's a betrayal or maybe it's the
                                  beginning of an alliance between our two races, but I feel like you told the truth," he
                                  finished turning to Anita. He offered her his palm, again. She just smiled and stepped
                                  closer to him.

                                  "I'm sorry. I did not mean to be brutal with you. You're just a little too…" she searched
                                  for the good word, "…Zo'or."

                                  Zo'or's face began a little more kindly as she pressed her palm to his.

                                  Leni turned from Zo'or and Anita for see Da'an and Boone, very close to each others,
                                  speaking in a low voice. She smiled strangely to Lili and Sandoval who had been watching
                                  for a while. The three of them looking like they were ready to believe all they would saw.

                                  "By the way," she said to Sandoval, "Von wanted us to say you hello…"

                                  "Von?" asked Sandy in return. Lili and Leni rolled their eyes and started to explain again.

                                  "He hurted you?" asked Boone, carefully stroking Da'an's cheek, when Zo'or's slap had
                                  hit
                                  the Taelon.

                                  "No. Not really. I'm not afected by such...physical agression," Da'an whispered back,
                                  stepping closer.

                                  Boone approached closer to the Companion too. He took Da'an's hands in his and let his
                                  forehead against Da'an's.

                                  "You really believe our two races can…join, saving one another?" Will asked, unhearable
                                  from anyone, but from Da'an.

                                  "I…have trust in our two races fate…William." Boone noticed almost unconsciously that
                                  the Taelon had called him by his first name for the very first time.

                                  "I want to believe that there's another solution that war, between us," Boone said.
