Evil has come to Narnia in its last days. An Ape, claiming to be the mouthpiece of Aslan, has appeared in Narnia, terrorizing and enslaving the people in Aslan's name, leading the Talking Beasts to believe that Aslan's wrath has come upon them and that Aslan and Tash, the evil god of the Calormenes, are one and the same. King Tirian has been captured by the Ape and his Calormene forces only to be rescued by Eustace and Jill, who have appeared in Narnia from their world. Tirian, Eustace, Jill, and Jewel the Unicorn organize a rebellion against the forces of the false Aslan. In the end, though all hope seems lost, it is up to the true Aslan to put an end to the evil that has invaded his world, and to lead his people to a wonderful new paradise . . . .
