POWERS: Arsenal has advanced speed, twice that of a normal human, and a intuitive knack for building weaponry of all kinds. He is also telekinetic to a limited extent, able to lift objects of one pound or smaller with his mind.
WEAPONS: Arsenal's code name derives from his impressive weapons array. He normally carries two Desert Eagle .50 caliber automatics, two 9mm Uzis, two Colt army revolvers in their original 1912 model, one modified .14 caliber twelve round shotgun, and a one-round miniature missile launcher. He travels in a customized Humvee with a 16mm machine gun mounted on the back.
HISTORY: An operative of the same branch of the CIA that once sponsored Team X, Arsenal was recruited out of high school to be a part of Shadow Team Alpha. STA was composed of both mutants and humans, and their primary mission was the assassination of 'white hat' government operatives who got in the way of the black ops branch of the Agency. After witnessing an unspeakable act that he refuses to talk about, Dane left the CIA and became a freelancer. He came into the X-Women's lives when he discovered Remy LeBeau, who's soul had recently returned from the astral plane, crawling out of a New Orleans cemetery. Dane nursed Remy back to health and the two became friends. Dane traveled to Westchester with Remy and soon became a valuble member of the X-Women. He still refused to talk about his shadowy past with anyone but Remy and eventually Logan, whom Arsenal developed a crush on. Arsenal stayed with the team through their battle against Apocalypse and Drake Dubois, and then took his leave.
