Scene opens with two sparks flying through the air over some rocky terrain, as they fly over a ridge you can see a big black ship, The Nemesis.

Cut to the Maximal base:
DB: Have you recovered anything from the Axalon computer yet?
RT: Not much, just a map of where we found it.
DB: No ship logs?
RT: Not a one. An I've been at it for a.....I can't believe I found it.
DB: Found what?
RT: Well right before Meg's knocked me out we got a message from Cybertron. I didn't look at it then because I saw what looked like another ship on the radar, But it was gone as soon as I saw it.
DB: Well then, Let's see what they had to say.(Rattrap opens the message)
The message reads: Attention all Maximal's, Cybertron is falling apart. The organic core has dried up. Cybertron will be gone with in 24 hours.
RT: No... All that Optimus, all that we worked for is gone.
DB: Hmm.

At Tarantulas' lair:
MT: So Cybertron has been destroyed.
TS: I would seem that the bug I placed on the rat was worth the loss of our last battle.
MT: Yes. But let us not make a habit of it. Tarantulas, meet me here(Gives Tarantulas some Coordinates)  and bring the rest of the Predacons with you.
TS: Yes Megatron.
MT: Yeesss, Soon we shall take our place as rulers of Cybertron.

Back at the Maximal base:
Is there any way Megatron could have seen this message?
RT: I don't think so. Why?
DB: Well, before Megatron stole the golden disk he made a stop at the Predacon colony 25.
RT: 25? That colony was shut down by the council.
DB: So the council thought.
RT: Isn't that where they're working on a new stealth ship.
DB: Yes. Megatron knew that the council would take the stealth ship from the Predacons as soon as they found out about it. So Megatron stole the ship from colony.
RT: You mean Megatron has a ship here?
DB: Yes.
RT: Why didn't you tell us that before?
DB: I did. Optimus knew.
RT: What.
DB: But he also knew that the ship would only let someone with a Predacon spark fly it.
RT: So that means that we can get back to Cybertron and undo what Optimus did.
DB: You should also know that there is only one Predacon left on earth that can fly the ship.
RT: Who?(Waspinator walks in the room)
WP: Hey loser bot's, Waspinator is going for a walk.(Dinobot looks over at Waspinator)
RT: You've got to be kidding.
WP: Ohh, Did blade butt tell joke?

At the Nemesis:
( Two large sparks zip through the halls. Two Decepticon shells lie on the floor. The sparks hover over the shells, The sparks go into the shells, The shells glow a bright red.

Cut to Megatron outside the Ark:
MT: Once again I face these cliffs, only this time I have not come to enter them.

In the Ark:
WP: So Waspinator only one who can fly ship?
DB: It would seem so.
WP: So Waspinator is special.
Megatron's voice from outside the Ark: Attention Maximal scum. If you send out The bug I will not remove your sparks!

(Silverbolt runs into the room)
SB: What's going on?
WP: Megatron want Waspinator because Waspinator is special.(Silverbolt looks over at Dinobot)
SB: He's kidding right?
DB: No. I know this is a little odd, But we have to keep Waspinator safe.

Megatron's voice: Well!
SB: If we let them have Waspinator we can follow them to the ship.
DB: Yes, that might work.(The Maximals walk outside)
RT: Here he is.
MT: Wonderful. Now waspinator fallow me.
WP: Yes Megatron.(Waspinator and Megatron fly off)
RT: Man that guy goes though bodies faster the Optimus.
DB: Come on lets go.(The Maximals run after Megatron)

Back at the Nemesis:
(Two Transformers walk out of the Nemesis. One starts to run off and becomes a blur. The other drops underground)

Where Tarantulas was going to meet Megatron:
RP: That's it I'm not waiting anymore.(starts to walk off)
SK: Lord Megatron said he would be here so he will be here.(Megatron drops down to the ground, Waspinator lands by Tarantulas)
MT: So you want out Rampage?
RP: I'm done with your little games.
MT: All you had to do was say so.(Megatron uses his dragon arm and grabs Rampage and lifts him high off the ground and disintegrates his body and spark)
MT: Anyone else want out?
Not too far from where Megatron is:
SB: So what if Megatron can get back to cybertron, we'll still be there right?
RT: yeah but we won't know what his plans are.
SB: We do now?
RT: You saw how Megs had a new body right?
SB: Yes. So?
RT: So it was the same body he had when he and Unicron joined.
SB: But he did not have that body when we last fought him.
RT: That's right. He also didn't have the Oracle.
SB: So he gave Unicron the Oracal for the body?
RT: Bingo and that's why he wants to get back to Cybertron. Because once he's back on Cybertron he can download the Oracal again.
SB: So once he get back on Cybertron he'll download it right away. But we would not know it.(Rattrap nods his head)
SB: So why did we let him have Waspinator?
RT: Trust me.

Where Megatron is:
(You see Megatron and Waspinator walk into a cave)
TS: Why do we have to wait outside and "Watch for the Maximal scum".
NF: You will not dis Lord Megatron.

In the cave:
MT: Now Waspinator I need you to open this door.
WP: Waspinator not open any ship.
MT: Ship?!
WP: Uh oh.
MT over com: Tarantulas the Maximals know about the ship.

Outside the cave:
TS: Start scanning for the Maximals!
Very near the cave:
RT: Ok we have to do this fast.(Rattrap pops out his energon blades)
SB: Let's do it.
(The Maximals run for the cave. The Predacons see them. The Maximals draw their weapons and lunge at the Predacons. A blur zips by all the Predacons, The Predacons go flying back. The blur stops, a tall and sleek looking transformer stands there, he is covered with black armor with yellow spots and green ankle and wrist armor)
RT: CHEETOR!!!
CT: Yeah Rattrap.
RT: Man am I glad to see you! But um, how did you get the new armor?
CT: It's good to see you all too. But I think we should stop Megatron before we catch up.
RT: Sounds good.(The Ground gives way next to Rattrap. A black and gold transformer jumps out of the hole and lands next to Dinobot)
SB: Blackarachnia?
BA: You didn't think I would let you have all the fun, did you?
CT: Like I said Stop Megatron then talk.
SB: Right.(The Maximals go into the cave)

Inside the cave:
MT: Open the door!
WP: No, Waspinator not open anything.
MT: Arrrrrg! You will do as I say bug! Or I will crush you into a metal pulp!!
WP: Waspinator will open door.(Waspinator walks over to the door, the door scans him, the door opens)
MT: Yeesss.(Megatron walks in the door)
Back outside:
SK: Ravage, Seaker come with us(Ravage and Seaker go in after Obsidian and Stryka).
TS: Savage, Night Fang, Come with me.
NF: Why should I?!
TS: Because if you don't you will die.
NF: Fare enough.(Tarantulas starts to climb up the mountain stops about 30 feet up and opens a door)
TS: Come on.(Savage flies up and goes in the opening, Night Fang runs up and jumps in)

Inside the cave:
(Cheetor zips through the tunnel and past the door. Then he sees Megatron and stops)
CT: Megatron!(Cheetor runs straight at Megatron steps to one side pops out his swords and cuts one of Megatron's arms off.  Stops and looks back at Megatron. Cheetor's eyes grow big as cords and wires come out of Megatron's arm parts, connect and pull his arm back together)
MT: Hahahahaha, Did you think it would be that easy? Bwhahahahaha Did you think you could harm a god!?!!(Megatron uses his dragon arm to pick up Cheetor and fling him at the other Maximals. Cheetor slams into Rattrap. Obsidian, Stryka and Seaker come up behind the Maximals)
MT: Waspinator! Get the ship ready for take off!
WP: But Waspin...
MT: NOW!!
WP: Waspinator start ship..(Waspinator goes over to the ship that looks like a black ball with a ring going around it. The main part of the ship{ the ball} is a dark gray almost black. The ring is gold with silver markings on it. The ship scans Waspinator the door opens)

Above the ship:(Some rocks fall on the ship from the top of the cave. a large hole is formed and Tarantulas crawls out of it and falls down on the ship. He then transforms into robot mode and jumps off the ship. Walks over to the door and enters. Savage flies out of the hole and over to where Megatron is. Night Fang jumps out of the hole and falls down to the ship. He slides off to one side  transforms on the way down and lands on the ground. At the same time Waspinator starts up the ship. The ship lights up and shakes a little. A large boulder falls on Night Fang trapping his leg under it)
NF: Ahh!

Inside the ship:
WP: stupidmegatronmakeswaspinatordoallthework.
TS: Well at least someone knows what he's doing.
WP: How did psychobot make it past Megatron?
TS: I have my ways. So Waspinator you know how to fly this ship?
WP: Ship does not fly.
TS: yes but do you know how to work it?!
WP: Yes, Waspinator know all about this ship, Waspinator was going to use ship to get back to Cybertron if nobody come back for Waspinator.
TS: Is it ready for take off?
WP: Yess, ship is ready.
TS: Wonderful.

Outside the ship:
SK: We have the Maximals now my lord.
MT: Keep them from boarding the ship.(Megatron runs over to the ship and steps through the door)
RT: Oh man, We're all gonna die..
CT: I don't think so.(Cheetors body glows a bright green and he pops out his swords all the energy flows into his swords)
SK: Kill them.
CT: Bring it on.(Cheetor runs over to Ravage and impales Ravage on his swords, The energy from the swords goes into Ravage, Ravage's body glows and then explodes. Cheetor starts to fight with Stryka)
CT: Maximals get to the ship! (Rattrap, Dinobot, Balckarachnia and Silver Bolt run for the ship)
SK: You will die Maximal!
CT: I don't think so!(Cheetors body glows green and pulses out knocking Stryka on her back. Cheetor jumps over to her and cuts open her chest and releases her spark. The spark floats away. Cheetor stands up and before the others can attack he runs off to the ship. Savage runs off after him)
OB: After him!
SR: No way! You saw what he did to Stryka.
OB: You will do as I say Beast.
SR: Beast?!(Seaker Pulls out her blade and jumps up and on top of Obsidian and slices one of his propellers off and jumps off of him)
SR: Call me a beast.(Seaker runs off towards the ship)

At the ship:
(Cheetor looks back and sees Seaker fighting Obsidian)
CT: Huh...
RT: Yo Cheetor! You coming?(Rattrap stands by the door with Dinobot Blackarachnia and Silver Bolt. The ship starts to glow red)
CT: Let's do this. Everyone inside!...Now!(They all go inside the ship. Cheetor sees Megatron Waspinator and Tarantulas at the controls.)
CT: Ok Megatron it's over!
MT: Over?! Ha! I think not.
CT: I won't let this ship leave the ground and even if it does it's a long trip to Cybertron!
MT: Fool, you don't even know what this ship can do.(Rattrap sees Seaker Climbing up to get in the ship. The door starts to close)
SR: Help me!
RT: I don't think so Pred.
SR: I don't mean you harm...I just don't want to die.
RT: what would optimus do...(Rattrap reach's down grabs seaker and pulls her up and in just as the doors close)
SR: Thank you.(Dinobot sees what Rattrap did and starts to say something when Savage jumps down on him from the ceiling. Dinobot throws Savage off of him and Balckarachnia who saw what was going on spits a cybervenom fang at Savage that knocks him out)
CT: I won't let you get back to Cybertron no matter what the cost!
MT: Waspinator! Engage the engine!
WP: Yes Megatron(Waspinator push's a green button)

Outside the ship:
NF: Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!(He push's the rock off his leg)
NF: At last!(The ship glows bright red and then the glow spreads incinerating every thing in  it's path)
NF: By the Pit n.......(Night Fang is incinerated)
OB: For Megatron!(Obsidian is incinerated. And the whole Mountain explodes)

On the ship:
CT: Maximals Take this ship down!(There is a bright flash of light and a thud.)
MT: Too late! Waspinator open the ship up!(Waspinator flips a switch. The top of the ship blows off. Megatron flies out of the ship as does Savage. Cheetor looks around)
CT: We're back on Cybertron....But how can that be?
RT: But we were just on Earth...
TS: Well Maximals, from what I've heard you are going to need all the help get to stop Megatron.
CT: Fine Silver Bolt watch him.
SB: Yes sir.(Cheetor looks over at Seaker)
CT: So, are you with us?
SR: Yes
CT: Good. Alright team, lets move out and find out when this is.
RT: Right.

At the citadel:
(Megatron slams a door open and walks in)
BeastMachinesMT: Who dares to disturb me?!?
MT: I really was not that smart.(Megatron flies over to BM Megatron and pulls out his spark and joins with it.(Megatron turns around so you can see his face)
MT: Yeessssss.
