My Artwork
This is a (so far very small) collection of some of my artwork. When I get access to a scanner, there will be more. These are not very good (well, one of them is), and they just happen to be on my computer. A few notes before I start... I don't do faces. I can't. Therefore, I do not try. Instead I draw alien heads, it's somewhat my trademark. Don't complain at me, it's my world and I'll do what I like in it. So, for now, here's four pictures by ME!
Let's start with... "X-Files"!
OK, this was one of the first ones I came up with. I was doodling aliens again, as usual, and one of them ended up looking EXACTLY like Scully. Yeah, I know, it's an alien, but my brain is weird like that. I've done this so many times I can do it in about ten seconds flat... which is, I think, what happened here! It's usually better than this. Never mind. Maybe I'll find/draw a better version to replace it with one day.
"Hello, Reckless Rick here, your gorgeous guide to the Crystal Maze!" Ah, happy memories. Another one originally drawn for someone else, and also usually better than this. It's a little short... I think I was running out of space on that page!
Not one of my favourites, this goes with the next picture. It's supposed to be a nice family picture, but it seems to have gone wrong. Mind you, considering I was drawing this at four in the morning at the later end of an all-nighter, I think it's pretty good. Bear in mind my eyes weren't focussing, too. Note also the tasteful Starfleet issue sofa!
Could it be? A reasonably GOOD picture!? This was from an original request for Janeway and Chakotay, but I kept cracking up laughing whilst drawing it, so I changed it to Dax and Bashir. I would like to say at this point... KILL WORF! Sorry... *clears throat* Uh, her arm wasn't meant to be there, it just happened. Looks like she's pregnant, doesn't it? Well, there you have the inspiration for the previous picture.
Okay, that's all I have on my computer. Not very good, are they. I don't claim to be an artist, it's just something I like doing on occasion.
