Born on Naboo, Hela was taken away to
train as a Jedi when she was a young child. She returned
to aid in the evacuation but was nearly killed by a Dark
Jedi working for the then Chancellor Palpatine. She hid
safely away as the carnage rained above her and when she
came back to the surface all that was left of Naboo was a
burnt out shell. She returned to the Jedi Council to report her findings and, agreeing with her, decided that there was more to the situation than the Mandalore as they originally thought now they knew the Sith were involved. During the time that followed in which Mace Windu became Darth Vader she was sent to the far reaches of the galaxy on a mission from Palpatine. She realised it was a trap when Admiral Thrawn's fleet attacked the Jedi vessel she was in. She was the only one to escape and went into hiding until the Empire fell at which point she went to New Naboo and was promoted to a member of the Jedi Council. |
