History/Personal Details: Celcia is wise and noble, which is also contradicts her short temper which is very easily set off. She can impatient most times, even for a Elven Preistess, but serious and down to earth when she needs to be. Being a 'Sister of Chaos' makes her extremely powerful at that. Unlike Schala and Aliss (and her role as a preistess) her magic can be quite destructive and lethal. All in all however, Celcia can generally be considered your typical (elven) woman, with a good heart.....most of the time.
