SEGA Dreamcast Skies of Arcadia Review
Skies of Arcadia
Screens Taken From Gamespot.com
If you get this game you are in RPG heaven. The visuals are sharp and like very few others, this RPG keeps up the action throughout almost the entire game. You will almost never find yourself with nothing to do. The addition of various side quests and mini games adds to the overall enjoyment. There are times when you experience the laid back type of game play to meet the requirements of a certain task in the game, but what's wrong with resting your fingers? Skies of Arcadia starts out nice, leading you into an almost never-ending story line with so many twists that playing will probably make you dizzy. From clear deception to people constantly leaving and re-entering your party, the story is deep. Infact, this game is so long, you will almost forget that there is a second disc. There is no lame beginning to turn you away from the story (cough, cough, Grandia 2). Once you get caught up in the game play trust me you won't want to get out.
Graphics: 9.0 (Stunning visuals, nice camera)
Sounds: 8.5 (The sound of triumph is always a good one)
Game play: 9.0 (Controls are like your conventional RPG)
