This site has the largest archive of Stargate fics out there! They house all kinds of Stargate SG-1 fanfiction, even some Daniel and Sam. Their search engine is extremely helpful too. This is a must see.
This is site is the main repository for Sam and Daniel stories, it has a great selection too. Not to mention the wonderful layout. There is also a place on this site that has a good explanation of Stargate SG-1 and how Daniel and Sam fit into the picture.
This isn't a website per se, but it does have just about every Daniel and Sam website out there. So, if you can't find what you're looking for here, you can most likely find it there. Check it out, because there are a whole lot of very cool sites about Daniel/Sam in this webring.
