Akihara High School
Hikari Netto Our hero in the human world, Netto is a very strong Netbattler whose dreams of a normal high school life are turned upside down with the reappearance of the World Three.		(picture)	Rockman Netto's counterpart in the cyber world, Rock is all that remains of his twin brother Saito, but this isn't very widely known. Despite his size, he's a very strong Navi and holds an S-Rank as a Netbattler.
Hikawa Tohru A friend of Netto's since fifth grade, family troubles have caused Tohru to grow a bit gloomy over the years, but his friends are usually able to cheer him up.		(picture)	Iceman Tohru's most loyal friend and Navi, Iceman is decent as a Netbattler, though his small size tends to be a hassle at times.
Kobayashidou Geetz The Representative of Class A, Geetz already considers the school to be his. With his wide information network, he's able to know anything about anybody at anytime.	(picture)	(picture)	Crescendo Geetz's loyal servant, Crescendo definitely takes after her Operator. With hundreds of connections formed, she's well on her way to controlling all of the Net City. In fact, she's got a pretty good start on controlling the whole Net!
Ooyama Dekao A big braggart with a heart, Dekao's considered himself to be Netto's rival for many years, for both the goal of being the best Netbattler and the affections of Meiru.		(picture)	Gutsman Gutsman shares the same friendly rivalry with Rock that Dekao has with Netto: To be the best Netbattler and to win the affections of Roll.
Sakurai Meiru Netto's friend since childhood, Meiru and he have slowly developed into young lovers, though their fights are still loud enough to be able to shatter glass.	(picture)	(picture)	Roll Roll has also grown into a relationship with Rock, though they're much closer than either of their Operators suspects. They'll often sneak into each other's PC and spend countless hours just being together.
Mount Ivy Academy
Ayano-Kouji Yaito The young heiress to the Gabcom gaming empire, Yaito is a genius who's skipped several grades, and can be a little haughty at times. But she's still one of Netto's best friends.	(picture)	(picture)	Glyde Yaito's faithful servant, Glyde is okay as a Netbattler, even though he wasn't really designed for it. Yaito's many rare chips and knowledge of their use help to compensate for that, though.
Ijuuin Enzan Vain as ever, the VP of IPC still holds the title of being the best Netbattler in the group. His only true competition is Netto, or so he thinks.		(picture)	Blues Like Rock, Blues holds an S-Rank as a Netbattler, and their fights are known to draw large crowds. Blues prefers to be a loner, but he'll help out the others if he feels like it, or if he's ordered to by Enzan.
Obihiro Shun The former head of the Net Mafia Gospel, Shun has now been placed in school with Enzan and Yaito where they can keep an eye on him. His constant fear of Enzan has not done much for his nerves.		(picture)	Forte Ah, the odd couple. Forte was sealed (rather, imprisoned) inside of Shun's PET by Dr. Hikari. He can't be plugged in to anything, so as a Netbattler he's now useless. To put it mildly, he and Shun... do not get along, and their fights could put Netto and Meiru to shame.
Net Agents
Kuroi Miyuki The dark and mysterious psychic antiques dealer, Miyuki hasn't changed much over the years. She's still just as creepy as ever.	(picture)	(picture)	Skullman The "still just as creepy as ever" part applies here, too.
Masa Akihara's resident fishmonger, Masa still goes on about calcium, and still battles disquised as Commander Beef.	(picture)	(picture)	Sharkman Masa's Navi who still tries to be the best NA leader that he can be.
Hayami Saloma Though her husband Daisuke is often away politically fighting for the environment, Saloma doesn't mind as she continues to operate her flower shop and fight in secret as a Net Agent.	(picture)	(picture)	Woodman A strong Navi who works by Saloma's side to fight Net crime and protect the environment.
R. Voulnutt An Ameropean, Agent Voulnutt is classified as a Net Hunter, and has come to Japan in pursuit of the Bonnes.		(picture)	Data No one really believes that this little cyber monkey holds a SS-Rank, until he activates Trigger style, at which point his opponents feel like they're on the receiving end of a ten-ton gorilla. Literally.

Teasel Bonne Evil and cunning, Teasel is wanted in thirty countries for the devastation caused by his mysterious Reaver Viruses. When his eyes turn toward Japan, all hell is set to break loose.	(picture)	(picture)	Juno Teasel's Navi is cold, emotionless, and extremely loyal to his Operator. He will carry out any order quickly and efficiently.
Tron Bonne Teasel's younger sister, Tron is a mechanical genius who will often use her inventions more than her Navis to carry out her plots.	(picture)	(picture)	The Kobun Forty Forty small programs who serve as Tron's Navis. Each one is designed to carry out a few specific actions, and they all have a unique personality. Because there're so many of them, Tron had to develop a custom PET with advanced memory and processing capabilities which she calls the PET Xtra-B.
Garreth Dorres Belkana's loyal bodyguard, who doesn't much care for her many attempts to lose him.	(picture)

Hikari Yuki Netto's kid brother. Yuki hero worships Netto and wants to be just like him, and even wears Netto's old headband as a neckerchief.		(picture)	X X is Dr. Hikari's ultimate program, though the "ultimate" part isn't set to activate for a few more years. Still, this little Navi is way more powerful than he needs to be, and not even X himself knows the true extent of his own strength. X is also a one-of-a-kind experimental Navi, designed to "age" with his Operator over the course of fifteen years.
