The Rukakon

The first race to show hostilities towards the Federation, the second most prominent race in the Valkurak Alliance. Their species is typified by dark skin and slight ridges along the sides of their faces.

They travel in massive ships in several main types. Destroyers, BulkDestroyers, and recently, MassDestroyers. Each larger than the last, all are capable of holding another average-sized starship inside. Each is slow, yet heavily armoured and equipped with torpedoes and subatomic disruptors, which disintergrate the structural integrity of a ship. They are able to hide the presence of their huge ships with a mixture of false signals and jamming. They also appear to provide Orbital Platorms and stand-alone stations of various shapes and sizes as bases for the Valkurak fleets.
