Baron Fel is the Red Baron of the Star Wars universe. While on the fast track to assigment to the (then) hot assignment of the Death Star he screwed up and wound up squadorn leader for the 181st, aka the one-eighty-worst. Not a bad trade off if you ask me. Fel turned his squadron into the best in the Empire. His squadron painted two red stripes onto thier solar panels so the Rebels would know who it was coming after them. As with what Fel did, I simply painted on two red stripes onto a TIE Fighter.
