The only identifible AT-ST on Endor is the on that Chewie and the Ewoks conquer. It's got a scar on the front of it. I presume it was so we sharp-eyed folks would know that the AT-ST that causes Han to surrender was actually the one that Chewie was driving. Well, I first saw it when I was three and it slipped by me then, but eventually I noticed it. Also, the commander of that AT-ST (and the one used for the action figure picture) was the director, the late Richard Marquand.
