Turns out that Jabba had two R2 units serving drinks onboard his sailbarge. I totally made up what this droid looks like from the front, as he can only be seen in a single shot. I also think that callig both this and Hasbro's R2 figure a "bartender" is a bit of a misnomer. He's not mixing the drinks, he's serving them. He's really a waiter.
