This figure of 16 year old Ben Skywalker is a lot more parts heavy than I usually go for. Made from a He-Luke head, Qui-gon Naboo torso and arms, Obi Coruscant hand and Total Control Mace Skirt and legs, I thought that the looser robes gave him more of a unique look compared to the 100 other Jedi I've made over the years. Ben was a minor pull from the EU for EFP and his post important role was really locking down just how long after RotJ the sequel trilogy would begin. It winds up being 39 years later, or 43 years after the Battle of Yavin, the usual anchor point for the SW timeline. Ben and Kane gradually became older as story meetings progressed - starting out at the tender ages of 6 and 8. Some people, upon release, felt that 14 and 16 were too old- so just imagine if we hadn't changed it!
