I'm not actually sure if Chall appeared in the film the way Decipher showed him in thier card. There were three Morseerian costumes made for the cantina sequence, all dressed identically. I suppose it's possible that they put a vest on one and put him (I swear it's a her) in the streets of Mos Eisley. I mean, they did put Dr. Evazan out there - he passes right by Luke and Obi-Wan no less then three times after they leave the Cantina!
