As I'm sure I've mentioned countless times, I'm not a big Voyager fan, so I don't know if Dr. Zimmerman appeared on that series first, so I'm counting this as a DS9 figure. Dr. Zimmerman actually had a figure planned, and even had a prototype made, before Playmates lost thier figure licence. I've seen pictures of it, and made my figure the same way - Doctor head, Data body.
