Forha is the Jedi who, along with Kit Fisto, knock over both 3P0's head and body allowing him to be put back together. For variety he's a Obi head on a Qui-Gon body, with a long ponytail added (it seems the Jedi were fond of long thin ponytails as they almost all have them) Really, it's his funny haircut, not mine!
