This was from an idea given to me by my friend Chris. While I knew that the New Republic had captured several Star Destroyers (Luke and Lando crashed one onto Couruscant as a matter of fact) I didn't know that they altered them. He told me that they painted them white. I also added the New Republic insignia, as had been done to the captured Lusankya a'la Crimson Empire II. The white coat was hard to appy since I was painting over a pewterized ship, but I think that it gave it a nice weathered look.
