This is another Marvel variation of Lando's general's outfit. The Marvel comics were pretty shoddy when it came to color continuity, which is fine until you want to make a few figures. Given that his outfit is a military one, I'd asusme that it was meant to be the same as we see in the films, but as with the rest of the Marvel comics, I just pick and choose the ones I think would look good as a figure, instead of trying to make anything I can, like in the rest of the Star Wars universe.
