The first of many Marvel Jedi Luke outfits, this one kind of reminds me of his SotE outfit in reverse. Hasbro must've switched plastics again too, btw. My paint marker doesn't dry sticky anymore, nor does it begin to turn blue (never quite sure why it did in the first place) but it also doesn't seem to cover very well.
