A simple enough custom - I threw a Ceremonial Jacket on a Jedi Luke, and there he was - Luke from Shadows.
UPDATED - Made him look more like he would've looked if he'd been made at the time the Shadows line was released. So I put the vest on the 1st release Jedi Luke and painted his gloved hand to match his other.
