When I make my army builders, I try and make them look like the extras used in the films themselves. Major Turgis, however, is one of the "just offscreen" types of army builders. He's based off of one of the Rebel Commandos in RotJ who had a full, black beard, however that trooper also had a trench coat on. I had to trench coat to give him though, but I suppose I will if I ever wind up with one to spare.
