Once a background extra cut from a film, Passel went on to greater hights by becoming a background extra not cut from a film. This is him in his pre-Seperatist days. Or at least I think it's him. I've seen two different pics of Passel from TPM - one of him and one of his aide - and both labeled as being him. Probably cause at the time no one knew either. I chose this one since the other one has a weird color robes that I don't have the right colors for.
