Tol sure looks a lot like Bib Fortuna, which is good otherwise no custom for him :) This oen was rather simple - I just painted him brown and drew on his hat. I actually left the body as-is underneath so I can switch it out if I wind up with a totally unusable fodder body, like if I ever get the Zuckuss or two that I need.
