Virtually my entire line of figures from Tales of the Jedi was made up extras from my oft-mentioned eBay parts lot. Tott was an mostly an exception, though I did use a Jedi Luke cape that had the top hood part removed. The rest is a OTC Bib Fortuna. Tott's outfit under his robe is fairly non-descript, so I just kept the Fortuna body underneath and colored it dark blue.
