I'd been wanting to make a Ulic figure for quite some time, but I couldn't come up with the right parts for most of his outfits. Luckily I spotted him dressed like this for all of two panels. Good enough for me though :) I combined Old Ob-Wan with Young and added a Labria cape. I didn't have a long, proper, Jedi skirt, and so wound up just drawing on the extension of his robes onto Obi-Wan's skirt.
