I was intially thinking of using an Ozzel body to make Kvez, since Kvez was slightly portly, and I thought Ozzel was too. Ozzel wound up to be pretty skinny actually, so I went with Tarkin, who, ironically, proved to be much thicker around the middle. No artwork of Kvez was ever created, so I used Vallorum's head, since the face was round, and since I didn't need my General Madine custom anymore. His outfit is based off of the Coalition Officer's uniform, but with a bit more decoration.
