During the course of the Bacta War, Wedge and Rogue Squadron go undercover and paint their X-Wings into different colors. After a suggestion to have a navy blue base with a red bloodstripe down the side (which I'll be making at some point i'm sure) he instead opted to paint it to match the logo that his parents planned on using for thier new station, which never came to be after Lola Hask killed both of them. I liked the way the checker patter looks, especially since drawing all those squares was very tedious work.
