While I had planned on only making customs of the grey Starfleet uniform using the superior Insurrection bodies, this one was an extra parts custom, so the rules don't apply. Plus finding Insurrection figures under $25 a pop is a pain. The yellow I used doesn't really match the shade used by Playmates at all, but like i said - extra parts means anything goes :) I decided to keep his hair the correct color, rather than match his hair on the somewhat-rare Projections Barclay, who inexplicably has black hair.
