I had an extra Dukat head, and Garak body, and so I quickly went to try and find a time when Dukat wore anything other than his military uniform. The one and only time was when he led a Pah-Wraith Cult on Empok Nor. Luckily his outfit was doable, though I did have to deal with the fact that the Dukat figure's neck is attached to his body, and the Garak figure's neck is attached to his head. That and they're two different shades of grey.
