The Starfleet EMH actually appeared both in First Contact and in DS9's Doctor Bashir, I Presume. Because it was a minor role in both, and this fig was an extra, combined with cost of finding an Insurrection Data figure, made me decide to make this a Captain Calhoun-style grey figure. Basically before Playmates made a grey uniform with ridges for thier Insurrection line, they just used their usual generic jumpsuit and painted it grey. I avoided this for the most part, since the Insurrection bodies look better, but since they're such a pain to track down, I made a few exceptions - especially where extra part figures are concerned.
