As far as I know, Lt. Carrey never appeared in a dress uniform, but I also know that that wouldn't've stopped Playmates from making this figure if they thought it'd be popular enough. These are the people that made Picard and THOMAS Riker in DS9 uniforms purely to cash in. Of course, according to the bio cards, the Picard is really an "evil" Picard from the mirror universe. Come to think of it, that figure came out before the mirror universe storyline showed up on DS9, and Thomas Riker also eventually appeared on DS9. Thomas Riker showed up in a different outfit, but Picard wore a DS9-style jumpsuit during Generations... Maybe they had psychics in the toy dept?
