Even though the changes between Season 2 and 3 of DS9 amounted to the commbadge change, O'Brien here is a bit more different than his 1st release counterpart. You see, he acutally has his sleeves down. In fact for the first few seasons, O'Brien had his sleeves rolled up in every episode!
